ABOUT US...
Animal F.A.I.R. is a group of dedicated volunteers rescuing cats from abuse, abandonment, neglect, illness and more. We are a non-profit, no kill animal rescue based in Sedalia, Missouri. Our rescues are placed in foster homes, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, ensured physical and emotional health, good socialization, and then adopted into carefully screened homes. We also educate the community on responsible pet ownership and encourages spay/neuter to prevent pet overpopulation.

Unfortunately, we get many inquires about taking in animals. Our key problem is not enough foster homes and/or volunteers. We have a very small core group of volunteers handling adoption events, fundraising, care giving, and an array of other duties that it takes to properly care for the animals in our system. The answer is, more often than not, we do not have room. We are always very regretful when we have to say no to intakes. Homeless animals are an epidemic problem in our community. Fabulous Feline of the Week
Tux…
Tux is so named for his appearance. He is a very nice looking Black and White male Tuxedo cat who is looking for his forever home filled with love and lots of toys! He is an affectionate durable guy with a self assured disposition.
He was born June 7, 2015. Tux is neutered, current on all vaccinations and has an implanted I.D. chip.
He gets along well with other cats, kittens and particularly people. It would be best if he could meet you at his current foster home. He does not respond well to the stress of travel.
